## Description

The continuation of the spine road improvement plan\. To enhance the student experience by improving pedestrian safety along the spine road\. This is achieved by the provision of appropriate width footways, providing missing links in the footway network and removing the dominance of vehicles on the campus by reducing parking and making it less desirable and easy to drive through campus\.
