Work description
Hull City Council has appointed Mason Clark Associates Limited to undertake Sutton Road Flyover Feasibility Study. Procurement was utilising direct award via rotation from the Lot 1a - Bridges Scheme Specific Lot , Engineering and Professional Services framework.
