CP1402-16 Enforcement Agency Services

On 22/1/16 an OJEU notice 2016/S 015-023080 was published in relation to Devon County Council carrying out a procurement process for Enforcement Agency Services through the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System reference 587. This procurement was discontinued in October 2016, see OJEU supplement notice 2016/S 210-383365. Devon County Council is now intending to undertake a below OJEU threshold concession contract procurement process in respect of Enforcement Agency Services as the contract value falls below the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 threshold value of £4,104,394. This opportunity will be published on the Pro Contract tendering portal www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk Interested suppliers must register on this tendering portal to enable them to be able to view the procurement documents once they are published.
