GB-Nottinghamshire: Arc085 - Windows and External Doors framework. (2021 - 2025)

SCAPE is procuring this Contract on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited (Arc).

Arc Partnership is an innovative joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group. This framework is for the supplying and fitting of windows and external doors for Arc.

The majority of the work involves the replacement of aluminum profile; however, timber and PVC-U are also used, along with a combination of materials, at various locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire, at its client's properties.

Arc aim to appoint 3 bidders to the framework, and subsequent works will be called off via a mini competition involving the 3 bidders.

This opportunity comprises a single Lot, for supply and fitting windows and external doors, that will each utilise a mini-competition model for awarding individual projects under the framework. The model works on framework pre-tendered net labour, materials, and sub-contractor costs, with overheads and profit and any design (only where required), being priced separately.

The initial framework duration will be two years with an option to extend by two additional years up to a maximum of four years (2+1+1) at the discretion of Arc.
