## Description

The filled ground under the concrete slab has settled causing an uneven level\. This is causing a hazard\. It is recommended to level the slab using resin injection technology\. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 weeks making the expiry date May 2023\. Bidders are advised that the budget available for the provision of this contract is between £80,000 and £95,000\. The Council has undertaken a robust costing exercise and is confident this value range is achievable\. It is therefore expected that submissions are received within this affordability envelope\.
