Vehicle Insurance Brokerage Services

Description

Provision of Vehicle Insurance Brokerage services to the NHSBSA. The scope of the contract includes the provision of (a) brokerage services to procure the insurance product for commencement on the 1st July 2017, (b) Claims handling services, (c) Legal Services – including uninsured loss recovery and (d) Accident Management – including Courtesy car and relief vehicle in relation to: (a) 26 live vehicles including the pool car, lease van and electric car. (b) 3000 hire days: Insurance cover for vehicles hired to staff under our short term vehicle hire contract. Contract Term: 10th June 2016 - 30th June 2018 with the option to extend for a period of 2 x 12 months. Note the contract value stated relates to the first year and includes both the brokerage fee and the insurance premium. The Insurance product will be procured on an annual basis by the Broker in accordance with the term of the Insurance Services II Framework RM3731. Additional information: The broker appointed via Lot 2 of the Insurance Services II Framework procured the insurance product via Lot 1 of the Insurance Services II Framework.
