Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who will work to increase the involvement of the local third sector in the development and provision of services for children, young people and their families. The Council is dedicated to ensuring that all children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes, through the provision of excellent services directly to children and young people. The aim of this project is to increase the involvement of the local third sector in the development and provision of services for children, young people and families. To act as a link between children's and young people's third sector organisations and statutory bodies. Support the involvement of the third sector in the strategic planning of services for children and young people. Liaise and work with the statutory sectors and the third sector in regard to planning and delivery of services for children, young people and families. To advocate on behalf of the Voluntary Sector Children and Youth Forum, to ensure open and transparent planning and delivery of services. The anticipated contract start date is: Friday, 01 April 2016 The estimated value of the contract is: £30,000 - £37,000 Per Annum For a period of: April 2016 ? March 2019 Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download. You may be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal. Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITT/PQQs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
