E-Disclosure

The scope of the requirement was to procure digital forensics E-discovery/disclosure services for TPR. This is and has been a fundamental service in its case and enforcement role and has been used in earnest since 2014. The current contract with PA Consulting Ltd has been extended to permit finalising the contract with Altlaw and migration of data.

TPRs need has increased over the years. This service provides fundamental support and assistance to FLR and RPAA legal resources dealing with cases. Most of the services provided are covered under the following main areas: a) Data Capture or Receipt from 3rd parties b) Security of data capture & storage c) Document review Analysis Tools d) External Review e) Disclosure Process for civil, regulatory, and criminal cases
