Major Ceremonial Event

Key stakeholders to this procurement are seeking a supplier that will provide a full end to end event and project management service. The provision for a programme of events in London supporting Ceremonial activities. There are core delivery objectives to this project including but are not limited to: 1) Event management plans 2) Contracting services including stewarding and traffic management 3) Risk assessments and assurance 4) Testing and exercising
