Sika Trail Cafe Concession

Forestry England is testing interest for the opportunity to operate a Café lease at 'Sika Trail' Car Park, Wareham Forest, Coldharbour, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7PE.

We are looking for partners who will add value to the site, provide a high quality customer experience, whilst developing and maximising a new business opportunity.

Forestry England would like to hear from interested parties to run their own café, we would also be interested to see what other outdoor recreation offer could add value to a catering business and be run in conjunction i.e. Bike Hire, outdoor activities, seasonal offers.

The successful bidder will be expected to provide its own high quality temporary (Non-Permanent) premises.
