## Description

Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint a suitable, qualified and experienced contractor to a Term Service Contract to carry out carriageway repairs \(enhanced patching\) to a very high standard across the City Of Liverpool\. The City Council are seeking a whole life costing approach to economic and critical repairs to the Highways Infrastructure\.
