Work description
This specification covers reactive maintenance and planned maintenance for:
Plumbing and Heating – including: water and gas, from repairs and maintenance to refurbishment projects.
Drain Services – Including: unblocking services.
Surfacing works – includes: resurfacing paths and roads.
Electrical Works – Including bulb changes to new fittings.
Painting & Decoration
Roofing Services – Including: flat roofs, pitched tiles, from repairs and maintenance to replacement roofing projects.
General Building – including: joinery, minor repairs and planned projects.
Audio Visual – Including: replacement projector bulbs and minor repairs to projectors, smart boards etc.
We are hosting a supplier event on Friday 7th October from 2pm until 4pm at our Force HQ, Enderby and would advise all suppliers interested in this tender to attend this event. Please confirm your attendance via the Messaging tool on this e-tendering site.
