Description
LOT 1 Grounds and gardens maintenance - including grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, mechanical weeding, spraying / chemical application, soil / grass encroachment redressing, tree maintenance, hedge cutting, litter, leaf and debris clearance, hard area inspection, courtyard maintenance, roads and car park sweeping and bedding plant replacement. LOT 2 Salting and Snow Clearing service - not limited to a salting and snow clearance service of car parks, footpaths, entrances and other areas requiring safe access, ensuring access is maintained at all times.
