Community support service for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Coventry and Warwickshire

NHS Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group (CRCCG), NHS Warwickshire North Clinical Commissioning Group (WNCCG), NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (SWCCG), Coventry City Council (CCC) and Warwickshire County Council (WCC) are working jointly as a Transforming Care Partnership (TCP) to deliver a pilot for the delivery of community support services targeted for children, young people and families with ASD to prevent escalation of need. The expectation is that this will improve the ability of these individuals and their families to manage and thrive in their home, school and community environment.

We are seeking bids from organisations (or groups of organisations) to deliver all or part of the specification, and would welcome bids from organisations working together to deliver the full service requirements.

The contract may be extended by up to a further 12 months at the Council's discretion.

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process. Providers must register with the system (if they haven't previously done so) in order to be able to express an interest in the project and download documents.
