LPG5113 Legal Services for Mulberry School for Girls & St Paul’s Way Trust School – Conversion to Academy Status

Mulberry School for Girls and St Paul’s Way Trust School have received Conversion Orders from HM Department for Education. The schools wish to complete conversion to academy status in time for the commencement of the Autumn term in 2016, the completion date for this project is 1st October 2016. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets wishes to instruct external solicitors to produce the documentation required to enable the conversion to take place and to liaise with the project team, HM Department for Education, the PFI contractor’s legal advisers and the schools’ legal advisers (Bates Wells Braithwaite and DAC Beachcroft respectively).
