## Description

The ETF are seeking a supplier to carry out an independent evaluation of the Teach Too Programme, commissioned by ETF in January 2014, which has run over 5 phases, with phase 5 ending in March 2019\. This programme forms part of the ETF's wider Technical Education, Sector Development provision which draws together the ETF's activity to support practitioners through sector change, improving and developing their practice\.
