## Description

Achieving for Children \(AfC\) is seeking to procure services for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames\. The service will consist of: Community Paediatric Services for Disabled Children; Designated Doctor for Looked After Children; Named Doctor for Looked After Children; and Designated Medical Officer \(DMO\) for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities \(SEND\)\. AfC are looking to procure a Community Paediatric service for a term of three years, with the option to extend at AfC's discretion by anywhere up to a further two years\.
