The service is the provision of a Personal Safety Service for Lone Workers and People at Risk. This shall include the supply of personal alarm and monitoring devices that can be tracked remotely in real time and provide both a manual and automatic alarm function. The alarm state shall be monitored and reported as necessary at all times. The contractor must be capable of providing an emergency response service if requested.
