Provision of Resource for ECI

A Director level Planning Transformation Consultant is required to work closely with the Authority's representatives in order to assist with the following priorities:\r • Put the foundations in place for the transition of the service, that will include a review of existing service challenges/pressures in particular around resources/capacity, working practices/processes, culture etc, and the identification of opportunities\r • Strategic advice to LGR sub-workstream and the sub-workstream leads\r • Support for LGR in developing a vision for the service, the development of culture, and the planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement
