Accommodation development opportunities at Kielder Castle and Kielder Water and Forest Park

Forestry England have future requirements to develop Kielder Castle as a commercial accommodation offer as well as to develop accommodation opportunities across the Forest park and surrounding area. We intend to hold a market engagement event by webinar to inform interested companies from the market of our options for the future medium-long term development. The purpose of this event is to welcome engagement with the wider market and for potential suppliers to provide feedback on the feasibility of our emerging plans. Please note: due to COVID-19 restrictions any communications and literature relating to this call for engagement must be provided electronically. Additional note: it is likely that the requirement for Kielder castle accommodation development and the Forest park and surrounding area accommodation development will be tendered as two separate opportunities.
