Work description
Detached timber frame single storey classroom including steel supports and masonry to dpc. Single pitched roof, aluminium windows and doors. Hygiene room with shower, WCs and kitchenette, plant room; GIFA 140m². External works, planting and car parking.
Contract to be used - JCT Design and Build Contract 2016.
Completion of a SSQ document to be submitted by 18th December 2018 by 12 o'clock at the latest to be included in the tender selection process.
