This Contract has been awarded via the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium \(NEUPC\) - Supply, Installation and Management of Data Centre Management, Equipment and Infrastructure Framework Agreement \*\*\* UK Research and Innovation \(UKRI\) Science and Technology Facilities Council \(STFC\) had a requirement for the initial consultancy\. The consultant is required to act as a consultant an project manage the delivery of the pre-construction programme\.
