Work description
Direct award for 10 blocked booked beds at the Clarendon Court to support hospital discharges and also prevent admission of patients to Cheshire hospitals. Funded by NHS.
Additional information: Insufficient time to procure due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances brought about by the Covid pandemic. Cabinet Office's Procurement Policy Note "Responding to COVID-19" (Information Note PPN 01/20 March 2020) suggests that Reg 32 (2)(c) enables the making of direct awards on an emergency basis.
