Description

Essex Police wish to replace the Electronic Duty Sheet (EDS) with a new Workforce Management (WFM) solution which will allow Contact Management to more effectively plan resource requirements to meet request for service volumes based on predictive data, planned events, environmental factors and staff availability. The Force are seeking a modern solution from the best available products on the commercial market and need to ensure it will link with our other IT and telephony systems. This solution must adhere to the 7 Force IT Non-Functional Requirements and Information Security Baseline Requirements and be fully compliant with the Business Functional Requirements.
