Description
The Council required the appointment of a Cost Manager Consultant to help develop the RIBA Stage 3 design package and potentially to progress the project through further RIBA stages. Due to the time-critical nature of the funding requirements, the Council made a direct award via the ESPO Framework 2664_22 Lot 1B. The value of the contract for RIBA Stage 3 is £11,000 (exclusive of VAT). Subject to funding being secured, the contract includes the option to extend to subsequent RIBA stages, with a total potential contract value of £120,240 (exclusive of VAT).
