## Description

The O&M phase of a floating offshore wind farm will contain activities not previously required in fixed offshore wind, including the monitoring and replacement of mooring lines and dynamic cables\. Little is currently known of component failure modes and risk profile, and the time and monetary costs of repair / replacement operations\. Their impact on overall OPEX for floating wind farms is therefore not currently well understood\.
