## Description

The Pirbright Institute is inviting Expressions of Interest \(EoI\) to tender for a project for works which comprises the removal of the existing ISO11 chiller and add necessary plant to enable the building to be fed from the primary Biggs chiller and utilise the large amount of spare chiller capacity from the Energy Centre \(EC1\) building to provide assist and resilience to ISO 11 and Biggs\. Located at The Pirbright Institute, Ash Road, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0NF and providing minimum 10-year insurance backed warranty \(including materials and labour\)\.
