LEAD PROJECT MANAGEMENT – BEESTON TOWN CENTRE REGENERATION SCHEME

The Council is seeking specialist external candidate to lead it in developing its vision for The Square of a cinema-led, mixed use, evening economy-based development with high quality public realm. The chosen candidate will need an excellent track record of successfully leading and progressing similar such projects and will either need to have all the necessary project management, financial, architectural, legal, procurement and property advice in-house, or have suitable sub-consultants with similar track records at its disposal.
