WH20002 - Counselling Services

Wolverhampton Homes requires a Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Service with access for all employees including those staff who have a disability.

The service will provide initial help and advice to employees who have been referred and to advise Wolverhampton Homes where required any reasonable adjustments or other action as a result of the counselling.

The service must be able to offer counselling that covers health issues that arise as a result of but is not limited to:

• Bereavement • Depression/anxiety • LGBT/Gender issues/discrimination • Personal family trauma • Work related issues
