## Description

Lincoln BIG is looking to appoint creative practitioners to come forward with ideas for Street Dressing and Animations at key locations across Lincoln High Street and in the Cornhill Square\. It should be noted that City of Lincoln Council are only supporting in the administration of the procurement process\. Lincoln BIG will be the contracting body for this contract\. This initiative is funded through Welcome Back Fund / ERDF\.
