Work description
The Council is seeking a fee bid/proposal for a CIPFA and Red Book compliant asset valuation of the Recycling and Energy Recovery Facility for the land and building and plant and equipment. The fee bid/proposal is to be on the basis of carrying out the annual asset valuation of the Recycling and Energy Recovery Facility for the next three years.
