Estates Tender soft market testing

Description

Notting Hill Genesis are looking to re tender for the Estates services. A new proposal has now been agreed on the procurement approach, we will be looking to split the Notting Hill Genesis estate into 10 core regions, with each region having two providers each, one supplier providing Ground maintenance including Gardening landscaping and Trees, one supplier providing Internal and External Cleaning services (Yard work) including Window Cleaning and Bulk waste .
