Conference Park Redevelopment

The Conference Park project comprises a new build 172 bed hotel and conference centre sited predominantly on previously undeveloped University land but will include the demolition of the existing brick built accommodation blocks sited on the edge of the development site.

The project will also include the option for the major refurbishment of the adjacent Tudor style Grade 2* listed Garth House and the major refurbishment of Hornton Grange buildings and will complement the service delivery of the new hotel and conference centre.
