RFQ for the Provision of Day Time Stewarding Service

The overarching aim of the service is to significantly improve the experience of people visiting Oxford, whether for work, shopping or living in Oxford.

• To provide 4 staff who can work flexible hours • To work 7 days per week, 8 hours per shift, excluding lunch breaks • This service is to provide a stewarding resource in Oxford City Centre and other areas of Oxford, if and when required • To assist visitors to the City Centre to comply with the Covid guidelines • Welcome and provide information to shoppers and tourists including directions • Respond to incidents and accidents • Keep a watchful eye over the public realm areas of the city centre • Assist in preventing street crime by offering high visibility patrols • Officers will be based within the Community Safety Service at St Aldate's Chambers.
