Suppliers must register their organisation on the portal if this has not already been done in order to access the documents\. This is free of charge and only takes a couple of minutes to complete\. Please note that in accordance with the Local Government \(Miscellaneous Provisions\) Act 1976 the required services as described in the specification MUST be provided within the district of Tamworth Borough Council\.
