IDT/ECU Case Management

Description

Correspondence Case Management tool for Information Disclosure Team / Executive Casework Unit. The FCA collate, review, and send out the information requested, having liaised with partners across the whole of the FCA, and advised on any applicable exemptions. The requests IDT manage fall under legislation and are regulatory requirements, with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) able to take action where we fail to provide service in line with statutory requirements. The IDT sends the response out to the member of the public.
