Removal of Asbestos Contained Materials to Third and Fourth Floors of the Old Town Hall, Blackburn.

The works will comprise of the license removal and safe disposal of asbestos contained materials to third and fourth floors of the Old Town Hall, Blackburn. The majority of asbestos contained materials are to the floor tiles and bitumen adhesive, these locations have also been over laid with carpet, the license contractor is to allow for the careful removal of all floor finishes over laying the asbestos contained materials and secondly the removal of asbestos contained boarding panels to lift locations/ to areas identified to the Asbestos Consultant Survey Report and Drawings.
