## Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire \(PCC\), Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority \(FRA\), Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service \(FRS\) and Staffordshire Police \(SP\) are seeking the services of a consultancy agency with expertise in Emergency Services transformation and collaboration to develop and deliver a full business case for the PCC to take on the functions of the FRA\. The business case should: • analyse a range of options as provided by the Policing and Crime Act 2017 to assess the governance model against other options, including 'do nothing'; • be developed to an agreed framework developed by an APACCE National Working Group \(Association of Policing and Crime Executives\); • build upon the work of the Joint Transformation Programme team\. Please note that the value of the Contract is unknown at this time\.
