Provision of communications research, using quantitative research methods . The Supplier is appointed on a standby basis and will be ready to deliver research projects under this Contract. The Supplier will need to plan, implement and report on nationwide and localised research projects. Quantitative research methods will include surveys and polling, and desk research.
