## Description

To provide a daily home cooked lunch for the residents at Marten House, Burgess Hill, West Sussex\. Marten House has a capacity of 37 residents to be catered for 365 days of the year including Christmas day\. The residents are vulnerable adults\. The cooking requirement is for one meal to be provided at lunch time in a dining room setting with a flexible service to cover special events and alternative dining arrangements\.
