CCHA-168-Voids and Minor Works Framework

Description

CCHA is looking to set up a framework of suitably competent contractors to undertake voids and minor works. Works may be required across all of CCHA stock, covering Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, Darlington, Carlisle, Allerdale, Eden, Copeland and South Lakeland. With 75% of the stock within Cumbria. A new call off framework agreement for the provision of responsive repairs, void repairs and minor works projects (up to value £15,000) to all CCHA owned or controlled housing premises the tender is for two lots North East and North West.
