Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide Council tenants with the option to purchase insurance for their home contents at competitive rates with the flexibility of paying the insurance premiums on a weekly basis together with their rent. Harrow Council has a small housing stock portfolio relative to many other London boroughs. The Council currently owns approximately 5,060 housing units comprising houses, bungalows, flats, and sheltered accommodation.
