Provision of Personal Data, Outlook and OneDrive Migration

Description

Through Technology has been awarded a contract to manage the migration of personal data, including Outlook and OneDrive accounts, for former BEIS staff. The migration will involve transferring emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, and OneDrive data to the DBT tenant. The supplier will provide full project management, technical support, and assurance throughout the migration process, working closely with DBT's internal teams. The migration scope covers approximately 13 TB of Outlook data and 7 TB of OneDrive data across multiple cohorts, with completion expected by February 2025.
