Build Quality Compliance Inspections (con_7260)

Description

A specialist technical advisor to carryout build quality compliance inspections at recently completed schools in the PSBP and Free School capital build programmes. The build quality compliance inspections will provide an independent assessment of the quality of the building construction, as well as confirmation that all legally required building certification is accurate and correctly in place for each new school building. This is to ensure that new schools fully comply with building regulations and the contractual specifications. The primary aim is to focus on and improve the quality of work delivered by technical Advisors and contractors on future school construction projects.
