## Description

Wigan Council wish to appoint a single Contractor to build Extra Care Apartments and Bungalows on the former Sandalwood Drive Site, Wigan Wigan Council will utilise Lot 1c of it's own New Build Framework as well as Lot H1 of the Innovation Chain North West Framework to carry out a mini competition exercise\.
