This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a supplier to undertake a project focused on Annual Awareness Survey and Stakeholder Sentiment Survey. This procurement was undertaken through the Care Quality Commission Research and Evaluation Framework (CQC EPS 052) Lot 10 Polling and surveys , following the Direct Award process. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 8 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions. Contract Reference: CQC EPS 132
