Resident Satisfaction Surveys

Ealing Council is awarding this contract to measure the satisfaction of its social housing residents (tenants and leaseholders) with the council housing services. The supplier is to survey all residents annually on specific "Tenant Satisfaction Measures" and a sample of residents more regularly after service interactions with the Housing Department (following repairs, planned works etc). The contract is for both the annual satisfaction survey and transactional satisfaction surveys.
