Support to the rollout of London Vaccine Programme 'sprint'

The authority required a expert advice to deliver signficant value to the NHS London CV-10 Vaccine Programme. The services provided by the supplier were:

1. Support in reviewing, analysing and providing commentary on ICS plans 2. Automating the process by which we take data from various sources and translate it in to a standard reports that can be used for different purposes (likely to be daily review and feeding in to a report for the minister). 3. Incorporating additional data sources to provide further information by ICS and helping to analyse the issues and the impacts 4. Ad-hoc development of insights, analysis and reports for various key meetings with national and with ministers.
