## Description

The University of Reading require a cost effective service for the annual service and maintenance of its commercial gas and oil appliances\. The work will comprise of gas and oil appliance services including completion of a gas safety certificate or equivalent oil certificate\. The Contract will include some reactive calls to breakdowns and remedial repairs to faults found during maintenance\. There will be a requirement to maintain an accurate asset list of commercial boilers\.
