## Description

WLBC are looking to engage a supplier who can undertake a feasibility study to support us to align our technological ambitions with our strategic goals, to deliver our transformational journey and better outcomes for our customer base\. The Council currently uses Umbraco as its Content Management System \(CMS\); the Council would like to explore options to replace this with ServiceNow\. We recognise an Agile approach to this project is required as there are some unknowns\. The successful supplier must be innovative and adaptable in their approach to proposing and delivering solutions\.
